SUBSTANCE: invention covers operator support backrest 80 integrated with loading-unloading carriage 10. Backrest may incorporate support pad 84 and gripper 90 arranged on, at least, one lateral side 84A of said support pad. Said gripper may be arranged, mainly, flush with or extend above primary support pad section surface surrounding said gripper to engage with operator located on aforesaid carriage. Gripper 90 comprises main case 100 with first basic section and multiple first elements, flexible with respect to said first basic section. Proposed loading-unloading carriage incorporates above described gripper and, in compliance with one of versions, additionally comprises knee support pad. In compliance with first version, said carriage has through compartment for operator while, in compliance with another version, carriage comprises operator compartment with sole entrance thereto.
