FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: tar oil (1) is supplied to radiant coil of furnace (4) where it is heated to temperature of 460-490°C. Then, the product is tempered with cold asphalt stream to temperature of 430-460°C; in addition, it is cooled with gas oil (11) to temperature of 380-400°C and introduced to rectifying column (10) with further stripping of distillate products. Residue tar of rectifying column (10) is supplied through radiant coil of furnace (24) where it is heated to temperature of 470-490°C, to reactor (26) for polycondensation. Steam-gas products from the top of reactor (26) are supplied to rectifying column (10) to be separated; solid products are unloaded to the platform near the chamber.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining sintering oil additive with volatile content with simultaneous improvement of the process efficiency.
