FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil-refining industry and is aimed at production of oil sintering additions with certain quality coefficients. Invention refers to quality control procedure of oil sintering addition produced with thermal polycondensation of oil stock in adiabatic reactor through changing parameters of thermal polycondensation. Charge stock is analysed for properties, herewith changing parameter is chosen to be stock residue time in reactor, determined depending on temperature and pressure. Preset volatile content is applied to evaluate α-fraction content at first. Preset temperature and pressure value indicate required stock residue time in reactor. Furthermore, α-fraction and stock residue time in reactor are calculated by formulas
where is stock residue time in reactor, min; P is process pressure, MPa; is α-fraction content (toluene insoluble substances) in OSA, %; V is volatile content in OSA, %; k1, k2, n are factors depending on quality of charge stock and preset temperature and pressure; A1, A2, A3, A4 are correlating equation coefficient; e is const.
EFFECT: production of oil sintering additions with certain quality coefficients.
