FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: gyroscope has a bearing frame and at least one inertia mass. The inertia mass is mounted using elastic members on two opposite arms of the bearing frame in which near the attachment points of the elastic members there are through-holes with an elongated shape and measuring electrodes are deposited, where the inertia mass and the elastic members are integrated with the bearing frame and are made from piezoelectric material.
EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of measuring angular velocity and sensitivity of the vibration gyroscope.
