FIELD: measurement technology, integrated gyroscopes of vibration type. SUBSTANCE: sensitive element includes rigid outer frame 1 and center 9 which is linked to frame 1 with the help of four bearing rigid taut ligaments 8 arranged cruciformly. Four mobile masses 4, 11, 12 and 6 are suspended between frame 1 and center 9 by thirty two springy L-shaped suspensions 2. Center 9 is connected to immobile base. Sections of springy suspensions 2 have elongated form and are perpendicular to plane of mobile masses 4, 11, 12 and 6 with direction of their elongation. Conductors 3, 5, 7 and 13 are laid over one side of each suspension 2 and taut ligament 8. Mobile masses 4, 11, 12 and 6 can oscillate in one plane only which excludes effect of cross angular velocities. EFFECT: increased precision of gyroscope. 1 cl, 2 dwg
