FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: measuring element of a motion parameter sensor based on molecule-electron transfer principle is in form of two or more non-conducting plates separated by a gap, having through-holes with electrodes deposited on one or both plates and placed in a working fluid. The electrodes lie in said gap and when flowing through the measuring element, the liquid successively passes through the through-holes in one plate, the gap with electrodes and the through-holes in the second plate.
EFFECT: providing small thickness of a microchannel on said structure, in which signal conversion takes place, which provides high coefficient of conversion of the stream of working fluid into electric current.
