FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: use to create devices that convert mechanical motion into an electrical signal. Method of manufacturing the conversion element of the molecular electronic sensor includes assembling the converting element in the form of a layered structure of four metal grid electrodes and three spacers disposed therebetween, plastic spacers with holes formed therein are used as spacers, the laminate structure being heated to the softening point of the plastic spacer material, control the gluing of the plastic separators, keeping the gap between the electrodes, and paste it into the plastic holder.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the strength of the structure of the converter without degrading the output characteristics of the sensor.
