SUBSTANCE: signal device of a rescuer comprises a device for detection of a fixed condition, joined with a control and supply unit, which is connected to a direction-finding transceiver, with a generator of a narrow-band high-frequency sound signal with a siren connected to it, with a device of light alarm, is equipped with a high-frequency (HF) transceiver and a wideband sound generator, with a connected acoustic wideband loudspeaker, which are connected to the control and supply unit; the alarm system comprises a basic transceiving station of UHF radio range, outputs of which are connected to the sound siren and to a unit of indicators joined along a radio channel with n-signal devices of the rescuer and with a radio channel device of personal alarm equipped with a mechanical vibration generator.

EFFECT: increased reliability of detection of a rescuer in need of help, increased reliability of delivering a signal about needed help under extreme conditions.
