FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: light-emitting diode module, having, optionally, one or more light-emitting diodes of group B and/or group G and/or group R and one or more light-emitting diodes of group P. Radiation of the light-emitting diodes is mixed using an additive technique, where concentration of different types of phosphorus/mixtures of different types of phosphorus for light-emitting diodes of group P is selected such that their photometric efficiency (lm/W), depending on coordinates x ICI 1931, assumes a maximum value or is less than that value by not more than 20%. Using light-emitting diodes of groups P and R to obtain white light, the constant colour temperature is given in the range form 2500 to 8000 K, where its chromaticity point lies on or near the Planck curve, and colour rendering Ra8 is not less than 85. The invention also discloses a method of making the light-emitting diode module.
EFFECT: design of a light-emitting diode module with high efficiency and high colour rendering.
