FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel composite polymer materials for light-emitting systems. Disclosed is a photoluminescent polymer composite material including 1.6 wt% polyphenylquinoline (PPQ) - poly[2,2′-(9-dodecylcarbazole-3,6-diiyl)-6,6′-(oxy)bis(4-phenylquinoline)] or poly[2,2′-(9-octa-decylcarbazole-3,6-diiyl)-6,6′-(oxy)bis(4-phenylquinoline)] and 98.4 wt% of polymer matrix. Polymer matrix is selected from a group comprising polystyrene, copolymer of vinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate, poly-N-vinylcarbazole and polymethyl methacrylate.
EFFECT: variation of length of lateral radical at carbazole fragment of PPQ provides solubility of PPQ in a wide range of solvents, which is important for process of use, and also provides variation of interaction between donor and acceptor fragments in polymer composite, which allows adjustment of chromaticity coordinates of photoluminescent material.
