FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method of high-speed deposition of materials is used, such as carbon, silicon, metals, metal oxides and similar, onto a metal substrate defined by a metal current collector. Material particles are mixed with fluid medium and are injected onto a metal tape under high pressure and at high speed. These material particles form an active layer of the metal current collector. This metal current collector is used as a cathode or anode combined with the help of a divider to form a secondary battery cell, metal ceramic membranes, film composite metal ceramic materials for electronic devices.
EFFECT: improved electric characteristics and simplified manufacturing technology.
