FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to cardiology. In order to determine a risk of development of cardiovascular complications in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease within next 3 years a sample with a dosed physical load in the form of treadmill-test (TT) is carried out, pain expression during TT is determined, an electrocardiogram (ECG) is performed, echocardiography (EchoCG) is performed, a fraction of the left ventricle output is determined. An index of ischemia (II) and a modified index of the preventive medicine centre (MIPMC) are calculated. A probability of development of cardiovascular complications is evaluated by the MIPMC value.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict a risk of development of cardiovascular complications in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease within next 3 years.
