FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and can be used in operative treatment of old ruptures of ankle joint ligaments with application of allotendon graft. Essence of method lies in the following: first two pins with rests are drawn through both tibia and calf-bone in area of syndesmosis. Pins are fixed in ring of Ilizarov's apparatus. Normal interrelationships in ankle joint are restored by means of pins. In syndesmosis zone in frontal plane two parallel bonecanals are formed. Allotendon graft is passed through distal bone canal in direction from the inside outwards, then, through proximal canal in reverse direction in such a way that free ends of allotendon graft are on internal surface of ankle. After that free ends are sutured to each other in position of maximal tightening and are left uncut off. Then, three pins with rests are introduced through heel bone and fixed in semiring of Ilizarov's apparatus. Semiring is connected with ring of the apparatus by means of screw rods with hinges, giving foot position of supination. After that end of allotendon graft, which is passed through proximal canal, is fixed by transossal sutures to medial surface of talus in area of fixation of front part of deltoid ligament.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to ensure simultaneous recovery of deltoid ligament and ligaments of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis, ensure reliable fixation, low traumaticity, reduction of rehabilitation period terms.
