FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics. During osteoperforation of bone fragments, after processing of their ends, on circumference of cortical plate of tubular bone with drill, with diameter from 0.1 to 0.2 cm, several parallel blindly ending 2.5-4 cm long longitudinal canals at 0.5-1.0 cm distance from each other are made.
EFFECT: efficiency of treatment is increased and terms of treatment of patients with false joints of long tubular bones are reduced.
