FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for autoplasty of false joints of tubular bones. Reposition is performed. Longitudinal osteotomy of ends of bone fragments is realised with double circular saw with formation of two autotransplants of different length that continues each other. Ends of lines of longitudinal osteotomy are connected by means of oscillatory saw to bone surface at angle 45-60 degrees, as a result length of internal surface of autotransplants exceeds length of their external surface. Positions of both autotransplants are interchanged, four holes are drilled: one hole on each closest to each other ends of autotransplants and lateral holes from both sides of bone bed at the level of hole of the larger of the two autotransplants. Thread is passed through holes, tightened and knot is tied up, which is placed above the smaller of the two autotransplants. One of two ends of thread is passed around bone and tied, with placement of final knot near the previous knot.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase fixation reliability.
