FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises cutter holder with recess and coolant feed channel, and cutting plate arranged in said recess. Note here that said cutting plate has, at least, one cutting edge and front surface. Note also that is has recess located below the remaining part of front surface ands, at least, one cutting edge. It has also top element with side facing the retainer and side facing cutting plate that has appropriate shape to match with cutting plate recess and to form therewith a cooling channel between top element and cutting plate recess to feed coolant to, at least, one cutting edge, and retainer to retain top element and cutting plate relative to holder. Note here that cooling channel is communicated with coolant feed channel and primary drain slot. Note that said slot is located below, at least, one cutting edge.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cutting.
