FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in milling. Milling plate has body with, at least, one cutting zone and coolant flow channel. Said body has front surface with, at least, one separate recess communicated with said coolant flow channel extending radially outward toward cutting zone. Said separate recess features depth decreasing radially outward. Cutting plate assembly comprises cutting plate body and deflecting device adjacent to said body. Deflecting device has outlet hole aligned with flow channel and flute communicated with inlet hole and aligned with cutting zone to make coolant channel. Cutter head assembly comprises cutter head body, cutting plate body and deflecting device.
EFFECT: better cooling and milling conditions.
