FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of multilayer panels used in construction of ships and other floating and transport facilities. Proposed method comprises forming integral corrugated element from reinforcing material with filling spaces between flutes with foamed polymer. Bars from foamed polymer with taper or rectangular section are places on airproof substrate. Reinforcing material, not impregnated with binder, is placed on bar lateral walls and top surface to form corrugation. Bars of foamed polymer filler are laid between flutes. Formed integral corrugated element with filler is covered by airtight flexible male die to feed binder. Vacuum of about 40-80 kPa is created between substrate and male die to feed binder via injection port at atmospheric pressure that is polymerised after impregnation of reinforcing material.
