FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: lock comprises a body with a seat, with input and output holes, a rotary disk with a through hole for a stem installed in it, a stem seal. The rotary disk is installed on the stem with gaps. Gaps are arranged along the stem axis and perpendicularly to axes of the stem and the rotary disk. Elastic elements are installed in the gaps with the possibility to move the rotary disk in direction of the stem axis and in direction, which is perpendicular to axes of the stem and the rotary disk. A stepped bore is arranged on the rotary disk. A locking element of the rotary disk is located on it via an elastic element installed on a step of a larger diameter, and via support rings installed on a step of a smaller diameter, between which there is the rotary disk seal, with the possibility of displacement relative to a sealing spherical concave surface of the seat. The locking element is arranged with a spherical concave sealing surface in the form of a ring with inner stepped bore. This ring is installed with radial gaps relative to support rings, the specified step of the larger diameter of the bore and is linked to the elastic element and the rotary disk seal. The seat is installed in the body via a seat seal in the circular bore with radial gaps from its cylindrical surfaces with the possibility of displacement relative to a sealing surface of the locking element. Seals of the rotary disk and the seat are made with elastic properties.
EFFECT: reduced torque in opening, to increase tightness at high pressures of working medium and to reduce lock vibration and noise.
