FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: in cavity of the housing there is a projection and dosing element arranged with possibility of being rotated by means of a drive; at that, dosing element is made in the form of a shell the generatrix of which envelopes the protrusion. On generatrix of dosing element there made in circumferential direction are teeth every second one of which is offset to equal distance in radial direction to rotation axis of dosing element. Each tooth is provided with ribs. On the housing protrusion there installed with the possibility of adjustable rotation is the ring on the side surface of which there are holes opposite to outlet and inlet channels. Ribs on teeth of dosing element are located at an angle of 4-8° to dosing element bottom plane. At that, ribs on neighbouring teeth equally spaced from rotation axis of dosing unit are directed towards each other.
EFFECT: improving dosing accuracy of supplied powder mixtures and enlarging the control range of their supply beyond the working cycle, which is provided due to the fact that dosing unit has hollow housing with compressed gas and powder supply channels, as well as channel for discharge of dosed powder from the housing cavity.
