FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has a system of at least two identical accelerometers with aligned measuring axes. Each accelerometer measures motion at least along one axis. Readings of the accelerometer include a component which corresponds to gravitational force which is the same for all accelerometers of the system. Logic circuits interacting with the system of accelerometers send signals from these accelerometers to a processor for calculating motion parameters.
EFFECT: invention does not require tracking orientation of the device for filtering off the effect of gravity and other disturbances associated with motion.
