FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: optoelectronic device includes measuring optical circuit consisting of series connected source and receiver of optical radiation, two fibre-optic cables and electrooptic cell. The latter is connected to capacitive voltage transformer made in the form of series connected high-voltage and earthed low-voltage capacities; calibrating device is introduced to optical radiation source; high-voltage capacity is formed with proper high-voltage lead capacity. Electrooptic cell and discharge device with voltage-controlled resistor, which are introduced additionally and located in tight housing of the connection device, are connected parallel to low-voltage capacity. Fibre-optic cables are connected to the other side of connection device.
EFFECT: decreasing mass and dimensions parameters of capacitive voltage transformer, possibility of using optoelectronic device for various types of high-voltage leads; protection of low-voltage capacitor and electrooptic cell against overvoltages; possibility of determining the transmission coefficient of the measured signal in optical circuit.
