FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology, orthopaedics and restorative medicine. The examination is aided by the 3D-Scanner complex in standing, sitting and prone position. The vertebral column, thoracic and pelvic girdles are situated in space. The 3D vertebral models are constructed in said positions being guided by bone markers of a parietal portion, apexes of spinous processes C2, the middle of a cervical spine C7, Thl-L5 spines, acromial processes of scapulas, upper anterior and posterior iliac spines. The functional and/or structural vertebral deformities are concluded by correlating the position of said bone markers and comparing the position models of the thoracic and pelvic girdles, and the vertebral column in various functional positions.
EFFECT: method provides more accurate evaluation of the vertebral deformity.
