SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely vascular surgery for the purpose of diagnosing impaired collateral blood circulation in inferior mesenteric and internal iliac systems in infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurisma. It involves intraoperative measurement of a level of retrograde blood pressure in the inferior mesenteric artery before and after internal iliac cross-clamping.

EFFECT: technique enables finding a stage of involvement of internal iliac branches in the collateral blood supply of a left part of the colon, as well as stating the indications for implantation of the inferior mesenteric artery into a main branch of an aortic hip prosthesis, and respectively auxiliary implantation of the internal iliac arteries in hip branches of the aortic hip prosthesis accompanying aortic hip reconstruction.
