FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the field of cardiovascular surgery. After a Y-shaped prosthesis is formed, with the infrarenal aorta or the iliac artery as the source of blood flow, a temporary shunt with a diameter of 4 to 6 mm is installed from the lateral branch of the prosthesis into the lumen of the renal artery and fixed with tourniquets. Then an anastomosis is formed on the preserved blood flow around the installed shunt and removed upon completion thereof through the free branch, having previously lowered the shunt into the common branch of the Y-shaped prosthesis.
EFFECT: provides a possibility to reduce the frequency of acute renal failure after a renovisceral debrushing operation by reducing the time of renal ischemia and reducing the probability of surgical errors in application of anastomoses with renal arteries.
