FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to icing registration means and may be used art rotary-wing flying vehicles. Proposed warning indicator comprises receiving optical system, photo receiver, signal processing system, pulse generator, synchroniser, transmitting optical system, polariser, irradiator translucent heated blister, photo receiver translucent heated blister, analyser, anti-icing system control device, icing warning device, unit of threshold voltages, and alarm unit. Photo receiver is made up of N photosensitive elements where N is integer larger than unity, connected by their outputs to N inputs of signal processing unit. First N signal processing unit outputs are connected with N inputs of icing indicator made up of N indicators. First and second outputs of threshold voltage units are connected to (N+1)-th and (N+2)-th inputs of signal processing unit. Second N outputs of signal processing unit are connected with N inputs of alarm signaling unit. Synchroniser output is connected with signal processing unit gating input. Analyser is turned with respect to polariser through angle to allow nonorthogonality of their polarisation planes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and noise immunity.
