FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sea water treatment and desalting plants. Proposed plant comprises hyperfiltration desalting modules operated in combination, each including three units connected in series: diaphragm pump unit 14, hydraulic piping unit 9 and membrane element unit 3. Note here that hydraulic piping unit 9 is provided with casing jointed with that of hydraulic piping of adjacent hyperfiltration desalting module to accommodate: three main channels connected in series with those of hydraulic piping unit of adjacent hyperfiltration desalting module: low-pressure feed of salt water 6, low-pressure discharge of brine 5 (into drainage); channels 4 to feed salt water at high pressure from diaphragm pump unit 14 to membrane element unit 3 and channels 7 to feed brine at high pressure from membrane element unit to diaphragm pump unit; channels to communicate diaphragm pump unit with main channels in hydraulic piping unit: to feed salt water at low pressure 13 and discharge brine at low pressure 12, and channel 11 to discharge desalted water from membrane element unit 3 into appropriate main channel.
EFFECT: compact design, higher reliability and reparability.
