FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine comprises pistons 1 with rings 2, cylinder block 3 with channels 4 to feed oil to liner peripheral face. Said liner 6 is arranged in cylinder block 3 and may be turned therein by appropriate tool suitable to this end. Cylinder block top and bottom sections are provided with hydraulic supports 7, 8 communicated via oil feed channels 4, in their turn, communicated with main oil line. Liner bottom outer peripheral face has annular groove 9 with horizontal surfaces between which located are bearing semi-rings 12, 13 secured to bottom face of cylinder block 3 facing ICE crankcase. Aforesaid appropriate tool to turn liner 6 is made up of worm-and-screw pair fitted at the center of liner outer peripheral face to interact with screw shaft 28 fitted in cylinder block wall, perpendicular to sleeve axis.
