FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder and tooth-and-rack mechanism are arranged in case. Piston with rod are fitted inside cylinder. Bead is made on rod end. Tooth-and-rack mechanism comprises rack and toothed sector with output shaft. Separate rack and rod are hinged together. Hinge is made up of groove on rack end and bead to be fitted in slot in assembly. Two screws lock rack to prevent turning about its axis. Rack is mounted on support roller on the side opposite rack toothed section. Axle of said roller is fitted in bracket to rule out rack crosswise shift. Set of shims is fitted between bracket base and casing to allow lifting roller axle, hence, clearance in tooth-and-rack gearing.
EFFECT: ruling skews in kinematic gearing.
