FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic burner for being used in combustion chamber of regenerative heat generator, such as hot-blast stove of blast furnace; at that, ceramic burner includes feed chamber of burner with partition for separation of feed chamber of burner into furnace chamber and air chamber, furnace chamber having fuel inlet hole for reception of fuel material and fuel outlet hole for supply of fuel material to mixing zone, and air chamber having air inlet hole for reception of combustion air and air outlet hole for combustion air supply to mixing zone, and gas non-permeable metal heat container located in burner feed chamber; at that, fuel container includes fuel chamber and wall section of fuel container forms a partition between furnace chamber and air chamber, and at that, partition is wave-shaped in the direction perpendicular to fuel supply to mixing zone. Wave-shaped partition forms fuel channels inside fuel container and air channels outside fuel container; at that, alternating fuel channels and air channels direct fuel material and combustion air to mixing zone. Fuel container is suspended on metal structure supported on support rim of combustion chamber. Metal structure includes many metal bars which have double T-shaped cross section. Support rim includes many metal support plates in refractory brickwork of combustion chamber to support the metal structure. Metal support plates are located so that they can be supported in movable manner on refractory brickwork of combustion chamber.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing CO concentration.
