SUBSTANCE: battery cell assembly has a first and a second battery cell and a heat exchanger between the first and second battery cells. The heat exchanger has a plastic frame and a first and a second heat-conducting layer. The plastic frame has an inner space. The first and second heat-conducting layers lie on opposite sides of the plastic frame and close its inner surface such that when the inner space contains a liquid, heat energy is transferred from the first battery cell through the first heat-conducting layer into the liquid.
EFFECT: maintaining temperature in the required range to prevent deterioration of battery cell characteristics.
