SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a rechargeable battery and its manufacturing method, in particular to a rechargeable battery of a vehicle, having a thermal control system. The rechargeable battery contains one or several battery elements (30), flexible channel (50) located close to a surface of at least one or one of several elements (30), so that heat can be transferred between channel (50) and at least one or one of several elements (30), and a filling means, which at least partially surrounds at least part of channel (50). The method for the manufacture of a rechargeable battery includes provision of one or several battery elements (30), placement of flexible channel (50) close to the surface of at least one or one of several elements (30) in such a way that heat can be transferred between channel (50) and at least one or one of several elements (30), introduction of liquid into channel (50), and at least partial surrounding of at least part of channel (50) with the filling means. Expanding foam can be the filling means.

EFFECT: increase in a service life of a rechargeable battery due to minimization of temperature fluctuations inside the battery.
