FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in a three-channel microwave rotary joint the first and second channels, being the internal channels, are made in the form of a double coaxial line, at the same time the external conductor of the second channel is a central conductor of the first channel, and the third channel is toroidal, external relative to the first two, made in accordance with the multimode coaxial, excited evenly along the circumference with the help of a symmetric circuit. To ensure electric isolation between the external conductor of the second channel and the central conductor of the first channel, an absorber is introduced (with the composition 22 OST 107.460007.006-92), as well as a bushing of a thermoplastic coal plastic UPA-6/30-1 TU 2253-001-18070047-00, having low friction ratio, good wear resistance and specific volume electric resistance of ≈200 Ohm cm3. To reduce difference of parameters during rotation, alignment of channels, during their mutual assembly two rotation bearings are applied as installed between coaxial and toroidal channels. Main structural and technical and operational parameters: high stability of parameters during rotation.
EFFECT: production of high isolation between channels in wide range of frequencies, production of high stability of parameters during rotation of toroidal channels and simplified design of the device.
