FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for recording images generated using radiation refers to optical image recording facilities and can be used in systems of rapid digital exposure for investigation of fast processes when investigated object image is generated using various emission types: electromagnetic emission (EME) or penetrating radiation, e.g. proton radiation. Recording device includes pulse electron-optical converter (EOC) receiving electromagnetic emission (EMI) of optical range, interlaced matrix of charge coupled devices (CCD-matrix), unit for image transfer from EOC output to CCD-matrix input, control unit and power supply unit where image amplifier of biplanar type is used as EOC and control unit contains former of square high-voltage pulses of 10-15 kV which serves as powering unit for EOC, and pulse width former for EOC operating time synchronisation with CCD-matrix.
EFFECT: increased dynamic range of recorded image, increased resolution capability of interframe interval in one projection.
