SUBSTANCE: according to process time of irradiation and registration of optical image is less or equal to radiation time of X-ray luminescent converter and start of exposure of photoelectron device is synchronized in time in interval of pulse of X-ray luminescent converter. Pulse photoelectron matrix analog-to-digital charge-coupled device ( CCD matrix ) which time of exposure is equal to or less than radiation time of X-ray luminescent converter is used to register optical image. Pulse controlled electron-optical converter whose time of exposure is equal to or less than radiation time of X-ray luminescent converter linked up to pulse CCD matrix is employed to shorten time of registration of optical signal.
