Device is characterised by introduction of successively connected unit of mean-square deviation calculation, unit of interpolation, unit of determining scale index. Inlet of unit of primary signal processing is device inlet, inlet of unit of mean-square deviation calculation is connected with outlet of unit of trend removal, outlet of unit of scale index determination is device outlet.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention will make it possible to determine index corresponding to specific functional state, as well as to see transient processes connected with transition of organism from one functional state into another.
