FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to a device and method for generating synchronized sequences of a cardiac rhythmogram and a pneumogram. Device comprises electrocardiosignal (1) and pneumogram (2) signal units, the inputs of which are inputs of device (9, 10), a unit for selecting the beginning of the next heartbeat cycle (3), a unit for measuring the duration of the next heartbeat cycle (6), unit for generating control signals (4), delay unit (5), first (7) and second (8) memory units, outputs of which are outputs of device (20, 21). Electric cardiosignal and the pneumogram signal are simultaneously recorded. Beginning of each next heartbeat cycle is selected. At the beginning of each ith next cardiac cycle (cardiac cycle), ith count of pneumogram signal is taken and delayed until the next (i + 1)th cycle of cardiac contraction. At the same moment, the duration of the current ith heartbeat cycle is measured. At the beginning of the next (i + 1)th cardiac cycle, the previous ith cardiocycle duration value and the delayed ith pneumogram signal count value are stored, thereby forming two synchronized time sequences of the cardiac rhythmogram and pneumogram.
EFFECT: higher adequacy of results of analysis of adaptive capabilities of the body and derived on their basis of diagnostic findings.
