FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates medicine, namely to general surgery, aesthetic surgery and traumatology. Performed are two parallel incisions of the skin and the subcutaneous tissue in the donor area to a depth down to the surface fascia. Mobilized is a skin flap under the microcirculation control to reduce the microcirculation rate by 40–50 %. Applied onto the incisions are intradermal cosmetic sutures after forming the hypoxia region. Skin graft is sampled 12–24 hours later from the skin area between the incisions and a free dermoplastics is performed, herewith the length of the incisions should be twice of the distance between the incisions.
EFFECT: method allows to create a repository of cytokines, primarily hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-1α) the flap being transplanted, to improve the graft engraftment by adapting the graft to the conditions of engraftment in the recipient zone with compromised microcirculation.
