FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound equipment, particularly, to device for fine spraying of fluid and may be used in nanoindustry, chemistry and pharmaceutics and medicine. Ultrasound oscillatory system comprises piezoelectric elements to spay fluid, their thickness being selected to make one fourth of wavelength of oscillations excited in said element. Thickness of tightening strap corresponds to half the wavelength of oscillations excited in said strap. Working strap equals one or two half-waves of excited oscillations an strap. Working strap features smooth radial and exponential transitions at the center of every half-wave section.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, possibility to spray viscous fluids.
