FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroerosion milling, particularly, to adaptive spindle assembly of CNC machine tool. Proposed assembly 20 comprises rotary transition shaft 80 with near end and far end 22, electrode-tool 21 with its near end fitted on far end 22 of transition shaft 80, holder 84 on near end of shaft 80 to be fitted in tool magazine 25 on spindle 24, bracket 99 secured to machine tool and support assembly 20, low-friction bearing 98 resting on bracket 99 to support shaft 80 on one axis with spindle 24. Assembly 20 comprises also electric conductivity device to transmit electric power to electrode-tool 21 from fixed part to rotary part that rests on bracket 99 and is electrically isolated therefrom, fluid channel to direct liquid electrolyte from pump to far end 22 of electrode-tool 21.
EFFECT: possibility to use common milling CNC machine for electroerosion machining.
