FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal control systems (TCS) mainly, of telecommunication satellites, to their manufacture and ground tests. TCS fluid circuit comprises hydraulic accumulator with its tight gas chamber filled with two-phase fluid and separated from fluid chamber by bellows. Proposed method comprises controlling total tightness of fluid circuit prior to filling it with heat carrier and feeding check gas, for example, helium, thereto. Note here that said check gas is fed at maximum tolerable operating pressure in said circuit prior to connecting hydraulic accumulator thereto. Then, hydraulic accumulator chamber is welded to fluid circuit to test tightness of welded butt joint by probe. Fluid circuit as-assembled is subjected to test of total tightness prior to filling it with heat carrier.
EFFECT: higher validity of tightness tests.
