FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground equipment, particularly, for filling spaceship tank filling with hydrazine. Proposed device comprises tank 1 with piston 18 and bellows 19 and 20. Piston is sealed by, for example, spring-loaded sleeve gaskets along surface of contact with tank wall. Bellows 19 and 20 are tightly jointed with piston 18 and tank cover 21. Nitrogen is fed at 1-2 atm via valve 3 to drive hydrazine vapors from cavity A between tank wall and bellows 19. Said vapors flow via valves 7, 13 into vacuum tank 2 and, further, via valve 8 into neutralisation system. Nitrogen is fed at 1-2 atm via valve 4 into cavity B between bellows 19, 20 to drive hydrazine vapors via valves 6, 7, 13, vacuum tank 2 and valve 8, into neutralisation system. Nitrogen at ≤ 5 atm is fed via valve 5 to piston 18 to displace hydrazine flowing through valve 15 and pipelines into spaceship tanks. In draining, hydrazine is driven from spaceship tanks via said pipelines and valve back into tank 1. Hydrazine and its vapors are sucked from pipelines (as well as from vacuum D around tank body) via valve 11 (as well as valves 12, 14) into vacuum tank 2 to stay therein to neutralisation. Valve 9 and union C communicate tank 2 with vacuum pump. Tank 2 is equipped with vacuum pressure gage 17. Bellows 19, 20 duplicate each other. That is, additional barrier is created for hydrazine penetration from storage tank into ambient medium and contact of compressed substance with hydrazine is eliminated.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher safety, independence and mobility.
