FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: first method comprises heating for austenite formation and subsequent cooling in conditions for formation of preset structural state. Note here that cooling is conducted in conditions providing austenite areas in alloy structure that feature chemical composition approximating to eutectoid composition followed by marinite formation while preset structural state is formed to produce perlite of various dispersity and/or hardening structures. Second method comprises heating for austenite formation and subsequent cooling in conditions for formation of preset structural state. Note here that heating is conducted in conditions providing marinite formation in alloy structure while preset structural state is formed to produce perlite of various dispersity and/or hardening structures. Note also that pulse cooling, plastic deformation and magnetic field effects are used to this end.
EFFECT: reduced production cycle, preset structural state.
