FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of rolled stock of new generation from economically alloyed steels. For complex grinding of ferrite grain to size of not more than 10 mcm for economically alloyed steels method of production of rolled steel includes production of slab from steel, heating of slabs above temperature of austenisation of steel, rough rolling, inter-deformation cooling, finishing rolling, cooling and coiling, wherein slab is obtained from steel containing wt. %: 0.05–0.18 C; 0.80–1.80 Mn; 0.6–1.2 Cr; 0.10–0.25 Ni; 0.30–0.60 Cu, not more than 0.005 S, iron and unavoidable impurities – the rest, the slab is heated in the furnace to the slab surface temperature of not higher than 1,200 °C with exposure at this temperature of not more than 60 minutes, finishing rolling is performed in temperature range 950–790 °C, providing at least 75 % of total relative deformation, and strip coiling after finish rolling is performed at metal surface temperature of 670–640 °C with its further cooling in calm air.
EFFECT: proposed is a method for production of rolled stock of new generation.
