FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in a compensation-type micromechanical gyroscope, between an amplifier, which is connected to a differentiating link, and power electrodes on the axis of secondary oscillations, there is a device with a variable transfer constant, the second input of which is connected to the second output of the device for measuring displacement on the axis of secondary oscillations. The device with variable transfer constant realises the relationship where X, Y and Z are, respectively, signals at the first and second inputs and the output of the device with variable transfer constant.
EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of the gyroscope by compensating for changes in the interelectrode gap of the sensitive element, caused by temperature and linear effects.
