SUBSTANCE: base station along with signals from mobile stations of its own radio communication cell, also receives signals of mobile station from adjacent radio communication cells and determines from received signals of mobile stations the value of time synchronisation and/or the value of frequency synchronisation by which the base station is synchronised.
EFFECT: radio transmission resources saving while providing synchronisation of systems of radio communication distributed in radio communication cells where data are transmitted by means of multiple access method in which each radio communication cell contains base station for providing radio communication for multiple mobile stations associated with the cell of radio communication.
