SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and is applicable for common bile duct cannulation. Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography is followed by the antegrade introduction of a guide through a cholangiostoma into a duodenum. The guide is used to insert an introducer probe of the diameter of min. 3 mm into the duodenum so that the introducer projects from a major duodenal papilla. The probe and the guide are removed. The guide is introduced through a working passage of the duodenoscope into the introducer opening; the introducer is pulled up with the common bile duct cannulation being performed.

EFFECT: method provides extended range of therapeutic facilities in inflammatory and tumour changes of operated tissues.
