SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An adjuster comprises a mechanical adjusting assembly parallel to elastic devices and used for pre-adjustment of a preset stress state. The assembly comprises a movable portion coupled with a fitting. The fitting links the elastic devices and the adjusting assembly and an element generating force action and attached to the movable portion. The mechanical adjusting assembly is arranged in an unstable equilibrium if found in the preset stress state or position. As a result, the movable portion travels so that the element generating force action adds adjusting or compensation force as the elastic devices deviates from the preset stress state or position.
EFFECT: provided adjusting the height, weight and relieving force acting on the weight.
