FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rehabilitation medicine, in particular to the means and methods of rehabilitation of patients with disorders of the locomotor function, and recovery of the neuromuscular apparatus after trauma and surgery. Claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that in the training complex for mechanotherapy of the lower extremities, which includes a suspension system with control of the patient's weight, control units of forces and movements and control software, which includes a special top-level controller and user interface, two mechanical manipulators-drive of lower limbs, in such a way that each of the mechanical manipulators-drives of the lower extremities contains at least three independent from each other linear electric drives with three independent electric motors, three pairs of carriages moving along linear guides mounted on a support frame, connected by a system of non-intersecting levers hinged at one end to the carriages, and at the other to the platform, all 6 electric motors are connected to the control and displacement units, so that the mechanical manipulators-drives of the lower limbs are arranged to move each of the platforms in three degrees of freedom. Suspension system with patient weight control can be implemented using a weight controller and attached suspension belts of the suspension system via 2 parallel vertical rods. Control units of efforts and movements are made of at least 6 sensors of an angle of rotation of a rotor of the electric motor and controllers. In this case, the platform can be made perforated. Thus, the simulator for mechanotherapy of the lower extremities allows you to expand the range of loads during training, such as climbing and descending stairs and overcoming obstacles, and reducing the level of trauma of the rehabilitation process.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is a controlled process of moving the patient's feet with limited mobility of the lower limbs during the mechanotherapy of the lower limbs and the possibility of implementing an additional set of loads in the form of climbing/descending the stairs, overcoming obstacles.
