SUBSTANCE: device consists of a die, a waveguide and a deforming tool in the form of cylindrical spiral spring, rolled up to a ring. Deforming tool is installed at the free end of waveguide and provides ability to apply a static load and periodic pulse load normally to the surface to be processed by means of die and waveguide. Die and waveguide are made in the form of rods of the same diameter. The cylindrical spiral spring, rolled up to a ring is installed with ability to cover the rough workpiece and to process it with tension. The inner diameter of the spring ring is less than the diameter of rough workpiece by a double-tension value.
